Besides running or hiking, writing has become one of my meditation tools. It is where I simply am. I don’t write to fill a page or to impress others. I write to feel at peace. Each word reflects a piece of who I am. This process naturally inspires me, and it becomes visible. First, it resonates with me and potentially connects with others through deeper conversations. I can relate to the fact that it is also about understanding humanity and creating high value and inspiration. This is why I’m here on Substack. :)
mostly algo-related. There was a time when people were able to make more, but I think it was easy money then. Now it's 'normal' money. Still possible to make money there.
Thoughtful and refreshing, Alex!

How's medium working nowadays compared to last year for eg?
for income - not good. Decent for additional exposure
are reason why income decrease there? and what to do to increase it?
not 100% sure, and my experience with a larger following may be different to those smaller accounts
is it the algo, the competition or something else?

"You can have all this but still see poor results if you don't write and share regularly." Small, repeated efforts over time can change our life.
exactly Derek!
More good advice and encouragement, thank you Alex …this is why I write “You're not here to survive. You're here to serve and thrive.”
