Do you need to run a pyramid scheme to make money online, or is there another way?
Movement Builder Pro course is now enrolling!
‘I’m just not sure it’s possible to make good money online if I’m not running a pyramid scheme.’
I was on a coaching call with a guy recently who’s a keen surf and ski videographer.
He came to me asking for help with his personal brand.
He wanted to make money online.
But he was hesitant, and I could see he was frustrated.
‘I see people on Twitter doing well, but they’re all just selling courses on how to make money and sell more courses on making money.’
This is a thing, and I guess I’m a little bit guilty here, because this is what I am helping with too.
People are doing very well making money teaching people how to make money online.
Some of it is based on tested experience, and some people teach empty lessons based on next-to-zero experience.
Either way, this isn’t the only way.
Anyone can teach a skill or a transformation if the demand is there.
Think of this:
When buying anything, people are looking for one or all of the following benefits (often without even realising it):
They want more time.
They want more money.
They want more status.
They want more well-being.
Understanding this is your gateway to success as a teacher or guide.
And when you package your knowledge through courses or cohorts, the only thing limiting the amount of money you can make is your creativity and commitment to building a trusting community around you.
So, if you’re a skilled painter, videographer, speaker, philosopher, mindset coach, designer, writer or whatever…
As long as you show how you will increase one or all of those things for your potential buyer, you can make an income doing this.
I told him that as a talented videographer with experience, he can absolutely make a success with that.
He has to show his people how by learning his skills and unique approach, they will save time, make more money, increase their status and be happier.
This is all true. He can absolutely demonstrate this when communicated well.
And so can you.
What skill can you teach in a way few can?
You can find this because it’s not just about the product you provide.
It’s about you.
Razorfish recently did a study that found that while 20% of people’s buying decisions are motivated by the product, 80% of their buying decision comes down to who you are and what you stand for.
People are buying into YOU far more than the product you offer, though both are important.
This means telling your story.
It means being authentic and true to you.
It means building a movement of loyal fans and buyers.
For the next few hours only, closing when we hit 20 students max, I will show you the step-by-step process you can follow to build your own.
This is how you gain an unfair advantage over those merely growing lifeless ‘audiences.’
