This is deceptively simple and that’s why it’s powerful. Most productivity advice adds more. These questions subtract. They force clarity by confrontation. “What must I avoid at all costs?” might be teh most underrated one here. We obsess over what to chase but rarely define what will quietly sabotage us.

Focus isn’t intensity. It’s elimination.

So true, it feels like a lost art at the moment as we are distracted by so much. Only 25 years ago this would have been so simple.
