That's the pain and balance I need to find right now, finishing up my prototype for the first tech preview and got caught in an important refactoring that will delay the release a bit, but I think it's worth it.
I still remember an interview with a Java spec lead (JBI fwiw) who said "if you delay a release out of perfectionism, and then ship it late, it's not a perfect solution!". That's a hard truth:)
