Meditation works for me. When I want to write, I take a walk and meditate on things I want to write before bringing them down. I gives me time for reflection and introspection because I'm an introvert. Reading books also gives me idea on what to write because I share what I have learned with my audience

I’ve never tried meditating before writing. I love the idea — mostly because I struggle to meditate on its own and I think this could be a constructive pairing.

Also love the reassurance here. Sometimes, when it’s been a little while without ~an idea~ I can feel myself panicking. Will I ever be able to produce again?! I quietly remind myself that yes, you’ve done this before and you’ll do it again. This doesn’t need to be a scary, overwhelming thing. It’s a thing you like to do, that’s important to you. You will do it again.
