I love this. I went through a phase where I was great at storytelling in my writing and entertained people with my own vulnerabilities but now I’m working on finishing them into life lessons so they’re not just entertainment but wisdom.
Writing more matters, but writing less defensively matters even more. The moment you stop trying to look impressive and start trying to be accurate, the work changes. The reader can feel the difference immediately.People do not connect to perfection. They connect to someone telling the truth while still in motion.
